Let’s start with the aperitif of our summer menu. The sparkling Rhubarb Gin Tonic served in a white wine glass is a great way to welcome friends and start a wonderful evening together. Cheers, dear ones, to a delicious summer menu.

APERITIF

Rhubarb Gin Tonic

STARTER

Zucchini with melted Lemon-Thyme Butter

MAIN COURSE

Golden Chicken in an Okra Bed

DESSERT

Grilled Peaches with Thyme Yogurt and Walnuts

 

 

INGREDIENTS

prep time 5 min – for 1 Rhubarb Gin Tonic

1 fl oz Gin

1 fl oz rhubarb syrup

3 thyme sprigs

2 fl oz tonic water

ice cubes

 

PREPARATION

Pour the rhubarb syrup in a white wine glass first. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add gin and tonic water. Squeeze the sprigs of thyme, garnish in the glass and serve this delicious aperitif to your guests.
